Achim Hager

In 1995 Achim Hager successfully graduated with a degree in business administration at the university in Bayreuth. During his studies, he worked as a presenter at the regional television station TVO in Hof. As a fraction leader of the party ‘CSU Oberkotzau’ he was and is also politically active. Due to his activities in radio and television and in politics, he has been developping a large network of business contacts for 30 years. This development brought him into the telecommunications sector 25 years ago. As CEO and founder of the German subsidiary, Achim Hager led the company, formerly called HFO, to great success. With a spirit of innovation, first-class know-how in telecommunications market and a modern management style, Achim Hager ensures steady growth and high revenues! Today, Gamma in Germany is a lucrative company with 170 highly motivated employees. In addition to his work as CEO, Achim Hager is also vice president of the initiative ‘Wirtschaftsregion Hochfranken’, which is an initiative in the district of Hof that is responsible for regional marketing, securing skilled workers and networking. Furthermore, Achim Hager is vice chairman of the supervisory board of the BREKO (Federal Association of Broadband Communication) purchasing association.
