Our thoughts are with the people and businesses affected by the tragic events happening in Ukraine. As the situation continues to unfold, we stand with our fellow telco providers to make a small difference where we can.
Effective 1st March 2022, and until further notice, Gamma is introducing a Ukraine Support Package for all our end customers. This includes free calls to Ukraine across our products, including CircleLoop.
The implementation detail is as follows:
Which products are included?
All of Gamma’s products that are in the hands of customers.
Premium numbers or calls made by ‘free trial’ customers using CircleLoop are excluded from this implementation.
Gamma Mobile usage for any customers roaming within Ukraine (voice, SMS and data) will also be zero rated in an effort to support any end customers currently in Ukraine and, as standard, we also provide EU roaming in our customers’ UK bundle allowances.
How long will this run for?
We anticipate that we will continue with this approach for as long as is deemed necessary to support the people of Ukraine, and in line with general industry consensus, hence this being made until further notice.
