Gamma gains accreditation as supplier to Health and Social Care Network (HSCN)

Gamma is delighted to announce that it has been appointed as an accredited supplier to the Health and Social Care Network (HSCN) and is one of a small number of suppliers that have gone through a complex set of stringent requirements to become accredited.

This accreditation underpins the company’s commitment to provide secure data connectivity to Health and Social Care providers in the public, private and third sectors, enabling them to access core NHS applications in a range of bandwidths and via a range of procurement routes.

In addition to offering HSCN data connectivity, Gamma also specialises in delivering a proven and trusted migration path from legacy N3 voice services run by BT, to a range of cloud-based SIP voice overlays for HSCN customers.

Sam Winterbottom, head of public sector said: “We are absolutely delighted to be an accredited supplier to HSCN. Now we can provide HSCN data connectivity together with access to our extensive network and suite of innovative voice services. It means health and social care providers can now get everything from just one provider and it helps support their digital transformation journey.”

Note: HSCN replaces the N3 network provided by BT which is now end-of-life. The active, vibrant and competitive new HSCN marketplace has resulted in reduced costs and higher bandwidths for connected health and social care organisations, allowing them to really focus on digitally transforming the way they work together and deliver services.
