Gamma’s Benelux subsidiaries, Dean One and gnTel, change name to Gamma Communications Nederland
Gamma Communications plc (“Gamma”), a leading technology-based provider of communication services, is pleased to announce that as of today, Dean One and gnTel, its Benelux-based subsidiary companies, will come together as Gamma Communications Nederland.
Acquired in 2018 and 2020 respectively, Dean One and gnTel offer a wide range of communications solutions for all segments of the business market. The rebranding allows the two companies to further align themselves with Gamma Communications plc and to present a more unified front in Europe as the parent company continues to strengthen its position in the market.
For Gamma, this name change represents the first step in its long-term strategy towards establishing one integrated company across all its European subsidiaries.
Since the acquisitions, the two companies have been central to Gamma’s European expansion and have seen continuous growth in their market. Coming together as Gamma Communications Nederland will accelerate their growth and create new opportunities for them and their partners.
