Increases Cloud PBX base; expands Gamma market presence in Netherlands and Germany
Gamma Communications plc (“Gamma”), a leading technology-based provider of communications services to the business markets in the UK, the Netherlands, Germany and Spain, is pleased to announce that it has acquired Cloud PBX provider gnTel BV, which is based primarily in the Netherlands and also has a small presence in Germany. The acquisition comes under Gamma Communications Benelux in the Netherlands, which Gamma owns (and which includes “Dean One”, “Schiphol Connect” and “Nimsys”) and trebles Gamma’s Cloud PBX base in the region as well as significantly extending its partner footprint.
gnTel also gives Gamma a geographic base in northern Germany (near Dusseldorf) and this complements its recent acquisition of HFO, allowing Gamma to accelerate its Cloud PBX growth plans in Germany.
Headquartered in Amsterdam and with offices also in Delft (NL) and Mönchengladbach (Germany), gnTel has an indirect go-to-market approach with over 300 channel partners who are selling either via a reseller or white label model.
